The Experience Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning & execution of tradeshows internal events and conferences. We operate under the philosophy that people will forget what you said and people will forget what you did but they will never forget how you made them feel. The core responsibility of the Experience Marketing Manager is to ensure that a positive experience and brand association is created in our experiential touch points and tactics.
As a key role in the Global Marketing organization the incumbent interacts with and manages all stakeholder relationships from event inception to post-event reporting including but not limited to logistics attendee management venue selection product expo conference management speaker handling security networking and live streaming vendor management content management and budget management.
The candidate has outstanding multitasking skills will require in-depth event management knowledge with years of tradeshow and or conference experience. Additionally excellent English skills are required as well as the willingness for travel up to 30% of the time. In the nature of the event business weekend work is sometimes required but certainly get compensated for with additional vacation days.
We are looking for a team player who will share Schneider Electric's vision of leaving the planet in a better state than we found it in.

    • Development production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
    • Delivering events on time within budget that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations
    • Setting communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
    • Communicating maintaining and developing client relationships
    • Managing supplier relationships
    • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
    • Providing leadership motivation direction and support to your team
    • Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
    • Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
    • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
Profil recherché
Additionnally to 2 years of experience minimum in event project management the following skills are also required:

    • Multi-project management experience strong organizational skills and ability to top-perform under high pressure
    • Problem analysis and problem resolution with strong attention to detail
    • Target-orientation and strong customer focus no reservation when dealing with executive management
    • Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint strong technical network computer and related system skills
    • Superior negotiation skills English proficiency (additional language desirable)
    • Must have knowledge/understanding of basic event marketing and ROI analysis
    • Ability and willingness to travel on global scale (~30% of your time)
